We operate at MetroGym
Liz and her team will be closely guiding you during your training session at the gym and beyond that they will be following your stats in order to achieve your goals in the less possible time.
Besides all of that, they will be supervising your meal plans, as one of the benefits to be a client, to help you to improve your health and physical shape.

Before signing up for our one-to-one online session, make sure you meet and accept the following requirements:
1. Good internet connection.
2. Be punctual, with training clothes, mat, water, and weights, or any other equipment if available.
3. If you are not ready the session will be considered off it.
